Trade Shows

At ISA and DRUPA 2004 trade shows we have seen handsome output from Noritsu Mytis-1 large format inkjet printers.

We don't have one to test its actual performance in our sign printing evaluation center, so are not yet able to recommend it, nor do we personally know any dealer that sells this. But the quality at the trade show looks exceptional. However we would need to test it against UV-curable and eco-solvent ink technologies before we can say anything more.

The main question will be whether end-users will recognize the quality and be willing to pay for this quality.

Most of our updates for summer 2008 onward are in FLAAR Reports in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. It is more efficient for us to make new information available in PDF format. So if the web page itself is not updated, check out www.wide-format-printers.NET to see if the printer, RIP, or other subject is covered in an update in a PDF download.
