NUR Tempo II replaces NUR Tempo “one”

An improved firmware allows NUR to tweak increased speed from its venerable NUR Tempo dedicated flatbed printer. The new version is now called the NUR Tempo II. Next came the NUR Tempo Q, and today (March 10, 2008) the printer has evolved to become the HP Scitex FB6100.

Over 80 models of UV printers exist from more than 45 manufacturers. We try to cover as many of these printers as possible. But we do not have an update PDF on the Scitex Vision VEEjet+ ( HP Scitex FB6700) since not much information is available on the older technology of this particular printer and thus few of our readers ask about it. Indeed the VEEjet as quietly disappeared from the scene.

Now the NUR Tempo Q is available in addition to the NUR Tempo II

It was possible to inspect the NUR Tempo Q at the factory in Israel (twice, for two days each time) as well as to inspect advances in hardware, software, and inks in their R&D facilities at their world headquarters. During this time it was also possible to study the NUR Expedio Revolution and NUR Expedio Inspiration.

Now the NUR Expedio 5000 and NUR Revolution are the HP Scitex XP5100 and HP Scitex XP 5300.

The NUR Expedio 3200 and NUR Expedio Inspiration are the HP Scitex XP2100 and XP2700.

The NUR Tempo Q is the HP Scitex FB6100.

Most of our updates for 2008 onward are in FLAAR Reports in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. It is more efficient for us to make new information available in PDF format. So if the web page itself is not updated, check out www.wide-format-printers.NET to see if the printer, RIP, or other subject is covered in an update in a PDF download.
