    Large Laminating Machines

Laminating machines are as important as the original large format printer. A laminating machine allows you to use economical paper, laminate it, and end up with results that often look better than t he most expensive non-laminated photo gloss media. In some instances it is cheaper to laminate low-cost inkjet paper than to buy the more expensive photo paper. Several companies stand out as reputable and we at FLAAR will report on their laminating equipment in the upcoming months. The main decision for the consumer is whether they need hot lamination, cold laminating, or liquid laminating.

Need help figuring out which lamination system to select? All kinds of companies make laminating machines. We check them out at tradeshows in Germany and in America.

We will be glad to provide you with suggestions on which companies and who within those companies can answer your specific questions.

We prefer the results of a laminator but we frequently receive e-mail s from people who wish to produce outdoor signs that don't need any lamination .

There are several ways to create these types of signs. We at FLAAR are still learning all the new ways. If you need information on how to make outdoor signs, posters, and banners without any lamination please e-mail us. Please indicate what kind of signs you need to create and what printer you have or whether you recognize the need to upgrade to a new one. This information allows us to better assist you when answering your questions
